Background

In early 1982, Quadrant was founded, in Lesotho, to address the country’s needs for local consultancy and training facilities in the areas of marketing and productivity improvement.

Subsequently, in response to requests from its growing client base, the company’s focus expanded rapidly to include; Information Technology Sales, Support and Training divisions.

Buildings and Equipment

A double-story, commercial building in the Maseru CBD, owned by Quadrant, provides three hundred metres of floor space for the ICT and training operations

The premises are air-conditioned and well equipped with modern furnishings. Facilities which include, professional offices, technical workshop, inventory store and training/examinations room.

 

 Stable, experienced staff

Basotho employees constitute 90% of the workforce, of which 45% is female. They all enjoy the benefits of comprehensive training and development policies. The total, permanent staff complement is fourteen, comprising management, sales, technical, training, administrative and support personnel.

Many staff members have been at Quadrant for more than ten years, notably the director for thirty five years and the infrastructure supervisor for thirty years. All staff are permanent residents of Lesotho.
