Before you begin the exam, the test administrator will provide detailed
instructions about how to complete the exam and how to use the testing
computer or software. Because the exams are timed, if you have any
questions, ask the test administrator before the exam begins. Consider
arriving 10 to 15 minutes early so you will have time to relax and ask
questions before the exam begins. Some exams may include additional
materials or exhibits (such as diagrams). If any exhibits are required for
your exam, the test administrator will provide you with them before you
begin the exam and collect them from you at the end of the exam.
The
exams are all closed book. You may not use a laptop computer or have any
notes or printed material with you during the exam session. You will be
provided with a set amount of blank paper for use during the exam. All
paper will be collected from you at the end of the exam. |
|
The
Exam Tutorial |
|
Before you begin your exam, you can take the exam tutorial designed to familiarise
you with computer-administered tests by
offering questions similar to those in the exam. Taking the tutorial does
not affect your allotted time for the exam. |
|
Exam
Length and Available Time |
|
The number of questions in each exam varies, as does the amount of
time allotted for each exam. Specific information about the number of exam
questions will be provided to you when you register. |
|
Your
Rights as a Test Taker |
|
As an exam candidate, you are entitled to the best support and
environment possible for your exam. In particular, you are entitled to a
quiet, uncluttered environment and knowledgeable and professional test
administrators. You should not hesitate to ask the administrator any
questions before the exam begins, and you should also be given time to
take the online testing tutorial. Before leaving you should be given the
opportunity to submit comments about the testing center, staff, or about
the test itself. |
|
Getting
your results |
After you have completed an exam, you will immediately receive your
score online and be given a printed Examination Score Report. These
results will be forwarded to VUE in Europe and, if you have passed,
arrangements are made to dispatch your Certificates to the postal address
you specified. Official certification may take up to 8 weeks and is beyond
the control of Quadrant Training.
If you do not pass a certification exam, you may schedule a date and time
to retake the exam. Please note that you must pay the full exam fee each
time you take the exam. |
|
Examination
Cancellations |
Quadrant Training reserves the right to reschedule exams due to technical problems.
Cancellations from exam candidates must be received in writing at least
five working days prior to the scheduled date of the exam. In the event
that cancellation is not received, within the prescribed period from the
candidate, the candidate agrees to pay Quadrant Training a charge equal to
the full examination fee. |
|
Examination
Prices |
|
Prices for each exam can be obtained from the Test Administrator.
As these prices are subject to the rate of exchange, they can be changed
without any notice to the candidate. |
