Field Sales Executive (Q-D16-10)
The
job:
Under
the guidance of the Country Managing Director, the
Field Sales Executive will be expected to, inter
alia, do the following:
§
Manage
and develop the field sales territory to further
enhance the existing market leadership position
§
Pro-actively pursue and secure competitor-held
business and prospects
§
Motivate
and encourage other internal departments to ensure
that the highest levels of customer service are
achieved and maintained
§
Accept
accountability for the speedy resolution of problems
and issues that may impact negatively on customer
perceptions and loyalty
Essential Requirements:
§
Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business
Administration/Sales, or equivalent
§
At least
18 months business-to-business, customer
service/sales experience
§
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
both English & Sesotho at all levels
§
Excellent customer service skills
§
The
ability to be both an outstanding team player as
well as a team leader
§
Above
average PC Literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
E-mail
.
Competencies
§
A
demonstrable capacity for self-management and a
pro-active approach to setting and achieving
challenging targets
§
Professional level knowledge and skills in Customer
Relationship Management, Negotiating, Planning and
Organising
§
Possession of a ‘helicopter vision’ that enables a
simultaneous focus on broad market objectives as
well as a keen attention to administrative and
operational detail
