The following
rates are applicable: |

12˝% of Annual
Package (Please note that annual package is
only annual gross salary, it excludes
benefits such as 13th Cheque, car
allowance, housing allowance, etc) |

Direct Costs,
e.g. Advertising costs |

Administration
Costs – 25% of Direct costs |

Note: Fees exclude VAT |

2. |
The prescribed fee is payable by the
client immediately upon the candidate’s
commencement of employment
|
|
3. |
|
Guarantee period is three months;
|
 |
If the client is not satisfied with the
candidate within the applicable guarantee
period, a suitable replacement candidate will
be found with no additional cost to the
client. Requests for replacement(s) should be
made in writing within 14 days of the day the
candidate leaves the client’s employ. |
 |
If the
applicant terminates his/her employment within
the following periods of the starting date,
credit will be offered as follows: |

A) 4
weeks – 50% credit will be offered B) 5 to 8 weeks – 40% credit will
be offered C) 9 to 12 weeks – 20% credit will be offered |
Credit shall not be refundable but will be
set off against future invoices from Quadrant
to the client. |

Guarantee will
only be effective if payment is received
within 14 days of the candidate’s
commencement of duties. |

Any agreements entered into
which differ from the above terms and conditions
must be confirmed in writing and signed by both
parties (Quadrant and the Client) |
