Grain Aid Stakeholders
Workshop (March 2002) - The brief was to
organise a workshop, the objective of which was
to provide an avenue where all stakeholders
would meet to strategise on how grain aid could
be brought into the country without negatively impacting
on the economy. Part of the brief was also to
play a role in the formulation of
recommendations arising from the workshop, which
would be presented to cabinet for consideration
and possible adoption. Cabinet subsequently
adopted those recommendations.

Planning Facilitation - Finance Department, LEC
(March 2002) - The client's specific needs
were for us to play a facilitator role in their
strategic planning session. This entailed
facilitating the actual deliberations and
recording the proceedings. We also had to ensure
that the session objectives were met, and this
would be evidenced by an operational plan coming
out of the deliberations.

Flour Mills and OTK Partnerships Agreement
Launch (November 2001) - Quadrant Special
Events was approached to organise an event
to announce the launch of the technology and
marketing joint venture between Lesotho Flour
Mills and OTK (South Africa) to key
stakeholders.

Environmental Secretariat (NES) Conflict
Management and Teambuilding Workshop (November
2001) - The workshop was part of a
comprehensive Capacity Building programme
targeted at Environmental Officers in government
and parastatals. Our brief was to undertake the
entire workshop conceptualisation, which
entailed provision of course presenters and
facilitators, as well as compilation of course
material. All logistical planning was organised
by Quadrant Special Events.

| Cockail
Party - Lesotho Flour Mills (October 2001) -
The purpose of the cocktail party was to
introduce the new American Ambassador to a board
spectrum of key players in the Lesotho business
community. The objective of the function was to
further strengthen the favourable relationship
that Lesotho Flour Mills has with the American
Embassy and the business community.
