To focus on the commercial aspect of construction
projects, overseeing all the processes within the
project and facilitating the co-ordination of
disparate parties and information into a cohesive
and comprehensive project program and maintaining
and managing compliance with project deliverables.

Training / Experience: |
5 – 10 years
project management experience of
multi-disciplinary teams. |
Understanding of programming and planning
systems.
Knowledge associated with scheduling.
Knowledge of procurement principles and
processes.
Knowledge of project management tools and
techniques.
Knowledge of design and construct
contracts.
Experience as lead on a design and
construct project.
Knowledge of construction processes.
CCS (construction computer software).
Leadership skills.
People management skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Highly developed negotiation skills.
Microsoft Office skills.
