To focus on the successful
completion of quality projects within both the
project time frames and budget,
through the co-ordination of all relevant parties and the on-going
identification and implementation of
processes, practices and solutions that ensure
maximum efficiency and control of costs during the
construction process.

BSc Engineering
Degree / B Tech in Construction Management. |

Training / Experience: |
3 – 7 years
on-site experience as a building engineer on
major building projects. |
Sound knowledge of concrete,
structures, wet trades and finishing.
Sound knowledge of Safety, Health &
Environmental requirements.
Basic knowledge of JBCC contract
(Joint Building Contracting Committee),
sound knowledge of procurement practices and
procedures.Basic financial knowledge.
Sound knowledge of quality control
procedures (Quality Assurance /Quality
Control).
Highly developed communication skills.
Management skills.
Computer literacy.
Microsoft office skills.
